I’m limited to 5 stars, but I would give more if I could. Larry is by far the best agent I’ve worked with in my home buying/selling experiences. There was no other associate/assistant to deal with. When you called his number, he picked up. He kept us informed the whole way. Our sale was involved as renovations/upgrades were needed and Larry was there from beginning to end. He helped coach us up on what we should focus on and what wouldn’t add much value. I was thoroughly impressed with his market analysis and pricing - he was spot on. I can’t recommend Larry enough.

First, our situation was not typical. Accidental landlords, given the chance to sell while raising our first child, 6 months old at the time, when we started working with Larry. Our home was not huge but if Larry is willing to work that hard for us with all the difficulties our situation presented, then he can surely handle most any real estate transaction. Second, Larry is always transparent, hard-working and determined to make our lives and the process of selling our home as painless as possible. He researched vendors for us to contact prior to listing. Those services were instrumental in marketing our home to maximize potential value. Third, working with Larry was personally pleasant. He was willing to put in the work on site at our property to save us the 4 hour round trip of driving. Fourth, Larry went above and beyond to coordinate management of our property since we are located out of state. This helped us out tremendously. Fifth, selecting an offer and closing went very smoothly. Given our situation this was incredibly helpful. Larry walked us through all the offers and negotiated for us and with us, to get us the best deal possible. We were blown away by the end result!

I usually don't go out of my way to write reviews but I have to express my experience and gratitude toward my agent, Larry Kristoff. First off, Larry is Very prompt and quick to answer questions or respond back to the buying party (as a Marine, I appreciate this attribute). He made the whole process easy, stress free and extremely helpfully in Every aspect. As the buying or selling process is somewhat complex, Larry is able to go through the process with you every step of the way and explain things as you go along. He even went above and beyond and gave me recommendations of movers he's used in the past. I had my closing last week and everything went great. If you want an honest, trustworthy gentleman to handle one of the biggest transactions you may every have, Larry is your guy!!

I apologize for the longest review you will possibly ever read, but no words come close to describing the experience my family had with Larry. I didn’t get an answering machine when I called looking for a new realtor. Larry promptly answered and provided me with great advice without trying to hook me as a client. Before we hung up, I was convinced he was the realtor we were looking for. Larry immediately secured a showing for an extremely favorable house in this tough market. Larry stopped everything he was doing to make sure we got the opportunity to visit and put an offer on this home. Throughout the entire process the communication Larry provided was unlike any other. I never had to worry about what was going on or what the next step in the process was. More often than not, it felt like I was talking to a friend and not making a business transaction. Larry made several recommendations throughout the process, not just what turned out to be great advice, but also he recommended a great team of inspectors, engineers and legal team. Each one was professional, prompt, and thorough. If you want the most professional, hardworking, and genuine person, you don’t have to look any further. Even though 2020 has caused such chaos on so many different levels, Larry made sure everything ran perfectly smooth. Our door will always be open for Larry. We HIGHLY recommend him!!

Larry made it possible to see every house I wanted to look at within 24 hours regardless of distance. He even coordinated my inspections which is not even his responsibility but he knew my busy schedule made it difficult for me to do so. I appreciated his honestly throughout the buying process as he was very up front about if he thought a house was a good value. When I decided to start looking for a house in December of 2020, I was told about Larry Kristoff and how reliable and available he was when it came to real estate needs. I was very surprised when I asked about seeing house on a Friday night at 8:30pm and he quickly responded, setting up a info session and house tour that same weekend. That weekend, I also ended up putting an offer down on the same house, which ended up being accepted soon after. Fast forward a few months and I was in a short sale deal that was taking months to close. Larry was always on top of paperwork and would call to check in weekly, ask how packing was going or see what he could help with in the buying process. In May of 2021 I finally closed on my house and I could not have gotten through the short sale roller coaster if it weren’t for Larry’s accountability, communication and real estate skills. I highly recommend Larry for anyone looking to buy, especially in a market like we have today. Thank you to Larry for everything as I am officially a homeowner!
